Cancellation
Order Cancellation by Customer:
• Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team.
• If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, please refer to our return policy.
Order Cancellation by Alphadent Corporation:
• We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Product availability issues
• Errors in product pricing or description
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incomplete or inaccurate customer information
Refunds:
• If an order is canceled by the customer within the allowed time frame, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• If an order is canceled by Alphadent Corporation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing Time for Refunds:
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank's policies.
Non-Refundable Items:
• Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation or refund, such as personalized or custom-made products. Please refer to our return policy for more details.
