Return & Refund
Based on the evaluation, the returned products are categorized as follows:
1. Returned products that still meet specifications and therefore may be returned to inventory
a. the products are in their original unopened containers and in good condition;
b. the products have been stored and handled under proper conditions;
c. the remaining shelf life is acceptable; and
d. the products have been examined and assessed by appropriate and qualified personnel
2. The Returned product that does not meet specifications and cannot be accepted for return
a. the products are breached and tampered with and already been used
b. the product has deteriorated due to improper handling of products (thermo labile products)
c. the product expiration is near
d. the products have been examined and assessed by appropriate personnel that the products are not fit to be returned to the inventory
• No refund will be given for rejected returned product
• If acceptable for replacement- It can be replaced with the same product or an equivalent amount of product
• Shade Replacement
• Product size replacement
• Return/exchange up to seven (7) days from the date when the order is received/collected, to be evaluated by the operation division head
3. Refunds
• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
• If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
5. Sale Items
• Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
6. Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [Your Contact Information] and send your item to: [Your Address].
