Tetric® N-Ceram is a moldable universal composite designed for anterior and posterior restorations. It utilizes advanced nano-hybrid composite technology. The universal materials exhibit a chameleon effect due to their low translucency (11-12.5%), special filler technology, and nanoparticulate shade pigments. These properties enable the material to adapt to various clinical situations. However, in cases of large fillings or severely stained tooth structures, additional use of an opaque Tetric N-Ceram Dentin material is necessary.
