Light-Curing Hybrid Composite for 4mm Bulk Placement

Description:

Tetric® N-Ceram Bulk Fill by Ivoclar is a light-curing, radiopaque hybrid composite for direct restorations in posterior teeth. It can be placed in increments up to 4mm and is available in three universal shades: IVA, IVB and IVW.

Features:

• Bulk placement in layers up to 4mm
• Light-curing in the wavelength range of 400–500nm
• Universal shades: IVA, IVB and IVW
• Curing time of 10 seconds at a light intensity of at least 1,000 mW/cm², or 20 seconds at at least 500 mW/cm², following the manufacturer's application instructions

Indications

• Posterior Class I and II restorations, including replacement of individual cusps
• Restoration of primary teeth
• Class V restorations, including cervical caries, root erosion and wedge-shaped defects
• Reconstructive build-up
• Extended fissure sealing in molars and premolars

Benefits:

• 4mm increments reduce the number of layers needed compared with conventional 2mm placement
• Can be adapted to cavity walls and contoured before light-curing
• Can be used in combination with Tetric® N-Ceram and Tetric® N-Flow
